Pixel Miner is a single-purchase game for iPhone. Buying it grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on the devices permitted by your App Store account. It contains no in-app purchases and no subscription.
All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are administered by Apple under their terms, not by us — you can request one through reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is wrong with the game, please email us as well so it can be fixed.
Your progress is stored only on your device. We have no copy of it and no way to restore it. Deleting the app deletes your save permanently.
The game is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Pixel Miner, its name, code, art, audio, and written content are original works and remain our property. You may capture and share screenshots and video of your own play, including monetised video, without asking.
These terms may be updated alongside app updates. The current version always lives at this address, with the date above revised.
